Our flightcases are delivered in black as standard, but we also have other colours in stock. Please contact us to discuss your desired colour and flightcase.
Within the Netherlands
Shipping costs depend on the products selected:
Light package – €12.50
For one or more foam inlays or loose accessories.
Heavy Package – €21.00
For a small flight case, such as a Rackcase PRO up to 8U or a Slamrack PRO up to 6U.
Pallet – €87.50
For large or multiple flight cases.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the payment page.
Outside the Netherlands
Shipping costs depend on the products selected:
Light package – €15.00
For one or more foam inlays or loose accessories.
Heavy Package – €27.00
For a small flight case, such as a Rackcase PRO up to 8U or a Slamrack PRO up to 6U.
Pallet – €125.00
For large or multiple flight cases.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated on the payment page.
For consumers
If your product is not to your liking within the statutory cooling-off period of 14 days, you can revoke the purchase and return the products. Your full purchase price will then be refunded as soon as possible.

For business customers
Returns of business purchases are only possible if agreed in advance in writing. Custom-made products and special orders cannot be returned.
For consumers
If the product is delivered damaged or is not in the correct condition due to the actions of 123customized.nl, you are entitled to a warranty as stated with the product.

For business customers
123customized.nl guarantees that the delivered products are suitable for the intended applications as stated in the product information.
Warranty conditions for business customers:
Warranty period: 3 months on material and manufacturing defects.
Exceptions: Warranty will be void in the event of incorrect, careless or unskilled use, external sources of damage (fire, water, transport or fall damage), or when products have been modified or maintained by third parties.
Reporting obligation: Report visible defects immediately upon receipt by e-mail. Hidden defects must be reported within 24 hours of discovery.
Costs: All logistic costs for repair or replacement will be borne by the customer.
A claim under warranty or return does not cancel the payment obligation.
