Specially developed for moments when you need to be light and agile as well as fully equipped. FLEX Fly-Racks are the answer to those all-too-familiar extra baggage fees and rough handling at airports.
Roll into a gig, easily lift the flyrack out with the ergonomically placed handles, close the lid of the Fly-rack Tourcase, and place your FLEX fly-Rack on top. The placement of the rubber feet is designed to make it easy to stack multiple modules and also provides shock isolation against stage and sound vibrations.

Take your workflow to the next level with the FLEX FLY-Rack laptop tray. This smart addition is specifically designed for laptops compatible with a 16-inch MacBook Pro and integrates seamlessly with all FLEX Fly-rack modules.
The high-quality Polyfoam construction holds your laptop firmly in place and provides optimal protection against shocks and vibrations, ideal for intensive touring use.
The tray is easily placed on top of the top rack module and secured in the integrated mounting slots. This keeps your laptop stable during transport, while the tray can be removed in seconds when you want to stack modules. This combines maximum protection with maximum flexibility.
During transport in our FLEX Fly-Rack Tourcase, your laptop travels safely with your rack, without extra cases or separate bags. Everything is compact, organized, and ready for use as soon as you arrive at the location.
Please note: due to the extra height, the laptop tray cannot be combined with a 4HE module in the 73-liter Tourcase, nor with a 6HE module or 4HE + drawer combo module in the 82-liter Tourcase. Outside the Tourcase, mounting and use on these modules is of course possible via the integrated slots.

Our FLEX FLY-Racks are available in various heights and are optionally even available with a drawer. Depending on the number of HEs, there is extra space under the rack modules for storing cabling and accessories.
The rack rails at the front and rear are adjustable, even when the rack is fully loaded with 19" equipment, allowing you to perfectly adjust the ideal rack depth. The slots and the design of the modules provide direct passive cooling for your equipment.

THE PERFECT COMBINATION
Safely packed in our all-resistant FLEX Fly-Rack TourCase, your equipment is protected against water, dust, and shocks.
With wheels and an extendable pull handle, you roll through airport terminals like a boss.
Our FLEX FLY-Rack modules are made of 9mm concrete plywood, are lightweight, and designed to be extremely robust on their own. The strong frame construction is self-reinforcing and does not deform, even when the rack is empty.
Our FLEX Fly-rack Tour Cases are equipped with foam inlays on the inside, which secure the FLY-Rack modules, including the (optional) laptop tray, during transport. This also provides extra shock absorption, ensuring your equipment is extra protected while on the road.
Choose extra security for your FLEX FLY tour case with a TSA-certified combination lock.
Transportation Security Administration (TSA) employees at all U.S. airports are authorized to open suitcases for security checks.
If luggage is locked with a non-approved lock, this may lead to the removal and even destruction of the lock or the suitcase.
TSA-compliant and marked locks can be opened by all security personnel and then securely locked again.
