Designed specifically for times when you need to be both light and agile, yet fully equipped, FLEX Fly-Racks are the answer to those all-too-familiar excess baggage fees and rough airport handling.

 

Roll into a gig, easily lift out the fly rack using the ergonomically placed handles, close the lid of the Fly Rack Tourcase, and place your FLEX Fly Rack on top. The rubber feet are designed to make it easy to stack multiple modules and also provide shock isolation from stage vibrations and sound.

Work faster and more securely with the FLEX FLY-Rack laptop tray

Take your workflow to the next level with the FLEX FLY-Rack laptop tray. This clever addition is specifically designed for laptops compatible with a 16-inch MacBook Pro and integrates seamlessly with all FLEX Fly-Rack modules.

 

The high-quality Polyfoam construction keeps your laptop firmly in place and optimally protects against shock and vibration, ideal for intensive touring use.

The tray is easily placed on top of the top rack module and secured in the integrated mounting slots. This keeps your laptop stable during transport, while the tray can be removed in seconds when you want to stack modules. This combines maximum protection with maximum flexibility.

 

When transported in our FLEX Fly-Rack Tourcase, your laptop travels safely with your rack, eliminating the need for extra cases or separate bags. Everything is compact, organized, and ready to use as soon as you arrive on-site.

 

Please note: Due to its extra height, the laptop tray cannot be combined with a 4U module in the 73-liter Tourcase or with a 6U module or 4U + drawer combo module in the 82-liter Tourcase. Mounting and use on these modules outside the Tourcase is, of course, possible via the integrated slots.

Mix and match to your heart's content and create your own touring rack, completely tailored to your own needs.

 

Our FLEX FLY-Racks are available in various heights and can even be optionally equipped with a drawer. Depending on the number of U units, there's additional space underneath the rack modules for storing cables and accessories.

 

The front and rear rack rails are adjustable, even when the rack is fully loaded with 19" equipment, allowing you to perfectly fine-tune the ideal rack depth. The slots and module design provide immediate passive cooling for your equipment.

 

Different FLEX FLY-Racks also require different Fly-Rack Tourcases. Check out our webshop and discover all the possible combinations of FLEX Fly-Racks and corresponding Tourcases that are now available.

THE PERFECT COMBINATION

Safely packed in our all-weather FLEX Fly-Rack TourCase, your gear is protected from water, dust, and shock.

 

With wheels and an extendable tow bar, you'll roll through airport terminals like a boss.

 

Our FLEX FLY-Rack modules are made of 9mm concrete plywood, lightweight, and designed to be extremely robust in their own right. The strong frame construction is self-reinforcing and doesn't deform, even when the rack is empty.

 

Our FLEX Fly-Rack Tourcases feature foam inserts that secure the FLY-Rack modules, including the (optional) laptop tray, during transport. This also provides extra shock absorption, giving your equipment extra protection during transit.

 

Add extra security to your FLEX FLY tour case with a TSA-certified combination lock.


Transportation Security Administration (TSA) officers at all U.S. airports are authorized to open suitcases for security checks.

If luggage is locked with an unapproved lock, this may result in removal and even destruction of the lock or suitcase.

TSA-compliant and branded locks can be opened and then securely locked by any security personnel.
