FLEX Fly-Rack Combi module 3U + drawer

The airport friendly touring solution!

Our FLEX FLY-Rack modules are made of 9mm concrete plywood, lightweight, and designed to be extremely robust in their own right. The strong frame construction is self-reinforcing and doesn't deform, even when the rack is empty.

Our FLEX FLY-Racks are available in various heights and can even be optionally equipped with a drawer. Depending on the number of U units, there's additional space underneath the rack modules for storing cables and accessories.

The front and rear rack rails are adjustable, even when the rack is fully loaded with 19" equipment, allowing you to fine-tune the ideal rack depth. The slots and module design provide immediate passive cooling for your equipment.

Two variants – tailored to your needs

Two different types of modules are available. The standard module features a 19" rack profile on the front and back and is available in heights ranging from 2U to 6U.

A combination module is also available. This is available in 3U + drawer and 4U + drawer versions. The name already reveals the difference from the standard modules. These two versions feature an integrated lightweight drawer in the bottom section of the module.

All modules are equipped with rubber caps, allowing them to be stacked seamlessly. They also feature integrated handles for easy removal from the tour case.

FLEX FLY racks with integrated laptop tray

Our FLEX FLY-Racks are available with a specially designed Laptop tray, perfectly compatible with a 16-inch MacBook Pro. Made of polyfoam, the tray provides a secure, shock-resistant base for your laptop and easily attaches to the top of the top rack module using the slots provided.

The design also allows for quick tray removal, allowing you to stack the racks for easy transport. This innovative solution ensures your laptop remains protected while transporting the FLEX Fly-Rack and your equipment in our Tourcase.

Please note: The laptop tray is not available for the 4U module in the 73ltr case or for the 6U / 4U+drawer modules in the 82ltr case, due to the limited height in these specific Tourcases.

FLEX Fly Tourcases

Within this series, we also offer the matching FLEX Fly Tourcases. To ensure your modules are perfectly secured during transport, we've created a selection of possible combinations. The tourcases come with a custom-made inlay tailored to your configuration. Therefore, please be aware when ordering individual modules, as not all can be combined with the inlay included in your tourcase. (For example, two 2U modules are 9mm higher than one 4U module due to the addition of an extra layer of wood.)

The FLEX Fly tour cases are available in two sizes: 73 liters and 82 liters.
