 The Vario FLEX Master Rack DOUBLE is the ideal solution for professionals who want to integrate more equipment without extra flight cases. This extra-wide version accommodates two Vario racks side-by-side in a single robust flight case , allowing you to transport and use your complete setup in an organized and compact manner.

 The spacious internal construction allows for permanent and organized cabling of equipment. This results in significantly shorter setup times and minimizes the risk of errors during installations and production.

 The flight case features an innovatively designed lid construction with a central hinge point. This smart design allows the case to be partially opened, providing access to one side of the rack without having to remove the entire lid. This solution increases efficiency during service and configuration adjustments and reduces the required handling during use.
 In addition, the split lid construction allows it to be easily installed and removed by one person. The compact size also makes storage during on-site use significantly easier.

 The integrated service hatches at the rear provide direct access to your equipment for maintenance, configuration, or expansion. For applications where thermal management is important, these panels can optionally be equipped with ventilation grilles. During transport, these can be easily closed with specially designed plastic covers, protecting the rack configuration from splashing water and external influences.

 The flight case is constructed with high-quality materials such as Penn Elcom HD hardware, strong 9mm birch plywood, finished with 1mm HPL and black backing foil. The interior is constructed with 15mm concrete plywood, ensuring that this case remains reliable even under the harshest conditions. As standard, all our cases are equipped with Tente Blue Wheels for optimal mobility and stability, even with heavier configurations.

 With a standard depth of 80 cm, the Vario FLEX Master Rack DOUBLE is suitable for all Vario models (Standard & XL). Available in various heights so you can perfectly tailor your setup to your application.
